About the role
Working within the heart of our Financial Services operation in Aintree, you'll be responsible for working within our Customer Excellence team, helping to deliver a better experience for our customers. Amongst other things, you'll be working with customers who have disputed the sale of or maintenance of their credit products on their account. You’ll log their queries on our complaints management system. These complaints may come directly from customers via calls to one of our service operations, via email, social media or in the post. They may also be referred by a colleague elsewhere in the company.
You will be given full training on the systems necessary to undertake the role as well as a wide range of further development.
The hours you will be required to work are Monday to Friday 10.30 to 18.00hrs.
About you
You will need to be accurate and have good written and verbal communication skills. You will be diligent and build a network of contacts to assist in the successful resolution of complaints of varying natures. You’ll be driven by the right outcome for the customer at all times.
You will be highly organised and able to work in a procedural environment. You will have good Microsoft office skills and be motivated to work with some autonomy, taking decisions when appropriate.
You will be comfortable working within an environment where high pace is the norm. You will also be agile enough to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment within a business going through further transformation.
