Based at Studdert Kennedy House, Worcester an experienced Receptionist/Administration is required to provide reception support to the team and members of the South Community Assessment Recovery Service. Whilst the post will be based at Studdert Kennedy House in Worcester you will be required to work flexibly across all bases within CARS South to include Evesham, Droitwich and Malvern without exception. You should be educated to academic Level 2 - NVQ2, OCR/RSA2, City and Guilds 2, with GCSE (A-C) or equivalent in English Language, database experience, and be used to working with Microsoft Office. Alternatively you should already have considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 2 qualification on appointment to post.
An ability to work flexibly, on your own initiative, and to be a pro-active team member is essential. You must also have very good organisational skills and be an effective communicator.
Travel/cover between bases will be necessary.
Working 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working pattern will be discussed at interview. This is a fixed term cintract for 12 months.

PLEASE NOTE: All new appointments are subject to 6 months’ probation period.
If the same or similar vacancy arises within the recruitment period of this post or up to 3 months afterwards, the Trust may chose not to re advertise, but to select a suitable candidate from this interview pool. The new post may differ in terms of the base, hours available (full or part time) or contract type (permanent or fixed term) and therefore you are encouraged to apply for advertised posts but specify on your application form your preferences.

**If the position being applied for requires a DBS check to be undertaken on you, it will be a condition of your employment that you have subscribed and continue to subscribe to the DBS Update Service. New employees to the Trust are required to pay the fee for the initial DBS check (this will be deducted from their first months’ salary) and the annual subscription (£13) to the DBS Update Service. The Trust offers a preceptorship year for newly qualified nurses and AHP's and attendance at preceptorship programmes is a condition of employment.
