An exciting opportunity has become available for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to join our Runcorn Distribution Centre team. As a Payroll Administrator you will report to the Payroll Supervisor and support the Runcorn Distribution Centre. You would be required to be flexible within this role and work to the needs of the business, this will include working one in four Sundays.
Requirements:
Experienced in Microsoft programmes specifically Excel
Telephone communication skills
Ability to communicate with managers via email
Payroll system – Astrow (Experience not essential but would be desirable)
Collecting KPI data from all shifts
Chase managers for outstanding information
Run absence report
Maintain Rotas for each shift
Complete time sheets.
Processing Holiday forms
Inputting New starters and Leavers information
Liaising with HR team regarding absence’s and general manager queries.
Filing of paperwork for HR and Payroll
Issuing Lockers to new starters
Any other duties requested by your Payroll Supervisor
